Miroslaw Grudzien was driving in the HOV lane when Xiu Hong Hu suddenly veered into the HOV lane in front of him. He tried slamming the brakes but was unable to stop from striking Ms. Hu’s vehicle. . He exited his vehicle and began walking towards Ms. Hu but she was screaming at him and blaming him for the accident so he returned to his car.
